How to contact support

The best way to receive assistance is by using the “Contact Support” option in placiibo's settings. This guarantees that your support request will include helpful logs and information so we can assist you faster.

What to include

Please include as much relevant information with your support request as possible. For example, please include:

  • What were you trying to do?
  • Which steps did you take to try and achieve that?
  • What was the expected result?
  • What happened instead?
  • What device and which model were you using?
  • What version of placiibo exhibited this issue?
  • What is the version of the operating system on the device (i.e. iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, etc)?
  • What time, timezone and date did you last reproduce the issue (it is recommended to reproduce the issue right before you use the “Contact Support” option in placiibo to ensure the logs capture the issue)?

Alternative way to contact support

If you're unable to use the “Contact Support” option in placiibo, for example because your issue happens on tvOS, then you can email us with the above information at support@shipwreck.app.
